MODALITIES TO ANSWER THE STUDY
For each selected store,
Store manager shall answer the questionnaire "MANAGER"
3 to 4 salespersons of the store shall answer individually the questionnaire "SALESPERSON"
It is important that respondents state the name of their store when completing the survey, as manager and salespersons' responses will be studied conjointly.

This academic research focuses on "The ambidexterity of luxury sales teams: a new look at its antecedents and consequences".
Flexible behaviors are necessary for luxury sales teams in their day-to-day work as they perform both a sales role to close sales and
a service role to deliver a personalized and emotional customer experience while following the brand standards.
The objective of the research is to explore which job conditions prevent luxury sales teams from engaging in ambidextrous behaviors and which individual, group and organizational resources are available to manage these job conditions and therefore allow ambidexterity in the performance of roles.
